Initial Conditions

I have tried setting initial conditions with the State Variables Editor, and it has no effect in the simulation. What is wrong?

In the Transient Analysis Limits, the Operating Point must be disabled. The Operating Point finds an initial DC starting point, and will override any initial conditions that have been set. This is true even if the State Variables option has been set to Read or Leave. Once the Operating Point is disabled, initial conditions will work.
