How do I change the color of the attribute text for an existing component in my schematic?

In the schematic editor, change the mode to Select mode. Double click on the component whose attribute text color is to be changed. In the Attribute dialog box that comes up, click on the Font button. The Font and Color dialog box will then be invoked. This dialog box lets you change the font and color of any of the attributes for that specific component.

Note that when a new component is added to the schematic, the color of the attribute text is defined by the Default Attribute Text entry that is located within the Color/Font page of the Properties dialog box.
