When I try to run Micro-Cap, I get either a Can't find the NetHASP Server error or a Security Key missing error. The dongle is plugged in. What do I do?

For stand alone users, install the latest HASP security key driver. A link to the driver can be found in the Download section of the website. Instructions for installing the driver are also in the Download page.

For network users, go to our Newsletter area and read the article Network Installation Troubleshooting available in the Spring 2006 issue. This same article is also available on the CD as Network_Troubleshooting.pdf in the Documents folder or if Micro-Cap is installed, within the Documents folder under the main Micro-Cap directory.
