I would like to view the parameters of the models that I am using. How can I do this?

For an individual model, enable Info mode. Go to the Options menu, click on Mode, then click on Info, hit CTRL+I, or click on the icon that displays the letter I to enable this mode. Once in this mode, clicking on a component will display the model parameters that it is using whether they are in the text area or a library.

A second method for an individual model is to double click while in Select mode on the component in the schematic that is using the model. Highlight the MODEL attribute in the Attribute dialog box. The parameters for the model will be displayed at the bottom of the dialog box.

Many models will appear in the text area of the schematic. Going to the Edit menu and clicking on Localize Models will give you the option to place all of the model statements for the circuit into the text area.
