Probe

I have entered Probe AC. I have displayed voltage and current waveforms, but when I go to the Vertical menu, the Inoise and Onoise options are now disabled. How can I plot these?

When probing for either Inoise or Onoise, clear all other waveforms from the plot window first. The network equations are structured differently for noise so it is not possible to plot noise variables with other types of variables such as voltage and current.

If a noise waveform is displayed in the probe plot window, all of the standard (V, I, P, Z, and G) options in the Vertical menu will be disabled. If a standard waveform is displayed in the probe plot window, the Inoise and Onoise options in the Vertical menu will be disabled. Only when no waveforms are currently displayed will both groups be available for selection.
