When I enter an analysis and try to run a simulation, an error message pops up that states:

No such file or directory C:\MicroCap\DATA2\Diffamp.tno

and I am unable to run the simulation.

The .TNO, .ANO, and .DNO files are the numeric output files that Micro-Cap creates to store simulation information. It needs to open the file at the beginning of a simulation in order to start transferring data into it. The likely cause of this error is that the directory that it is trying to open the file from does not exist. Go to the File menu and select the Paths option. Verify that the path for the Data field is a legitimate path as this path points to the location where the numeric output file is trying to load from.
