Micro-Cap provides the Hefner IGBT model.
This device model is based upon the implementation by Gregory Oziemkiewicz of the IGBT model developed by Allen R. Hefner
at the National Institute of Standards and Technology. The parameter names, default values and units are compatible with
most SPICE versions of the same model.
