Description of command	FW vers.
This command configures the upper limit and enables the limit check at one of 20 test tones that can be defined via `CONFigure:MULTitone:AF1Channel:TONE<nr>`. The test tones are numbered by <nr> = 1 to 20. The default limits at all test points are quoted in the previous command.	V 3.0
