If you can't find what you need in our large library, you can use
the Model optimizer, our optimizing device model creation tool.
Easily used, Model produces optimized model parameters from data
sheet values or graphs. This feature takes data sheet information
as its input and produces the appropriate SPICE parameters to model
the part in Micro-Cap.
The Model optimizer can create SPICE models for diodes, BJTs,
MOSFETs, JFETs, operational amplifiers, and cores. Any models
created are easily added to the Micro-Cap component library for
use in simulation.
