Description of command

FW vers.

These commands are always queries. They start a measurement and output all scalar measurement results (see also Subsystem AFANalyzer...:FILTer (Filter)). These are:

Peak1 and RMS1 value of AC voltage after first band pass and the weighting filter
DC voltage
Total harmonic distortion
Peak2 and RMS2 value of AC voltage after first band pass and second band pass
(variable band pass)
Frequency counter
